REFUND POLICY
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.baudhvivah.com (the “Website”) and should be read along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.
We only accept payment, refund, and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.
BaudhVivah is a platform that offers matrimonial services to users. Once an individual/client/customer has purchased any service from us they may choose to cancel the said service and seek a refund. The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are enunciated herein.
The following shall be the payment options that are available for users who wish to use the Website:
1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of Internet Banking, UPI Payments, Visa & Master Card, etc.
2. Visa & Master Card Debit cards,
3. Netbanking/Direct Debit/UPI payments from select banks.
In order to seek a refund and cancel the services, the purchaser shall foremost send us an email communicating the same at baudhvivah@gmail.com.
If the email is received by us before the start of the service (i.e. before the service is live/listed), a deduction amounting to 25% of the billed amount shall be done, after which the refund of the remaining amount shall be made within 5 to 6 working days from the day the request is received by us. Any transaction charge arising out of this shall be solely borne by the purchaser of the service.
However, if the email for cancellation of service is received by us after the service is live/listed and/or BaudhVivah has started working on such service then no refund shall be made. The purchaser may still send us an email at baudhvivah@gmail.com. to remove such a listing that has been done and/or to not avail of such service. However, no refunds shall be made even if the service is canceled under such conditions.
If www.baudhvivah.com terminates your membership for breach of the terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken. If www.baudhvivah.com has a reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member of the website then We may terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
Note: www.baudhvivah.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.
A member's payment will NOT be refunded by BaudhVivah.com for ANY reason OTHER THAN if BaudhVivah made a mistake.

Any member who decides they no longer want to utilize BaudhVivah.com will not be given a refund. Whatever subscription is utilized or not used by a member for any reason will NOT be subject to a partial or full refund. Users are not allowed to request a partial or full refund for any reason when they want to terminate their subscription.
No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
